A National Certified Master Groomer through the National Dog Groomer's Association of America goes through extensive written and practical testing. We are also bound by a Code of Ethics that protects you and your pet. Please feel free to visit the National Dog Groomer's Association of America's website to see what they're all about.  While Oklahoma is not a state that requires a special license or testing to be a groomer, I took it upon myself to do this to better myself as a groomer. Because I completed the requirements to become a National Certified Master Groomer I can now put the initials after my name making me Robin Shepard, NCMG.
